Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé opens in theaters, offering a behind-the-scenes look at her Renaissance tour. It tops the domestic box office the opening weekend with a $21 million take. Like Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour film, it's distributed by AMC Theatres, bypassing traditional studios to allow Beyoncé, who wrote and produced it, to get a bigger cut.

February 24, 2024

Beyoncé becomes the first Black woman to top the Country chart when "Texas Hold 'Em," a song she surprised released the night of the Super Bowl, hits #1 on that tally.

March 29, 2024

Beyoncé drops Cowboy Carter, a sassy country album (mostly) with 27 tracks and appearances by Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, and an unheralded Black country singer named Linda Martell, whose only album was released in 1970. When Cowboy Carter tops the Country chart, it makes Beyoncé the first Black woman to do so.More

Halftime of the Christmas Day NFL game between the Ravens and Texans is the "Beyoncé Bowl," a grand spectacle that rivals Super Bowl halftime shows. Queen Bey rides in on a horse and sings an abridged version of her Cowboy Carter album, with Post Malone and Shaboozey singing their parts, and her daughter Blue Ivy showing up for a "Texas Hold 'Em" hoedown.

February 2, 2025

On her fifth rodeo getting nominated for the Album Of The Year Grammy, Beyoncé finally wins for Cowboy Carter. The other big winner is Kendrick Lamar, who wins five awards for "Not Like Us," including Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year and Best Music Video.

June 28, 2025

Performing from a Cadillac suspended above the stage at a show in her hometown of Houston, Beyoncé gets a scare when the car starts tilting sideways. She's safely lowered into the crowd, where fans help her exit the vehicle. "I knew ya'll would catch me," she says when she takes the stage to finish the song. The car is later replaced with a flying horse.

Forbes says Beyoncé is now a billionaire, pushed over the line thanks to her Cowboy Carter tour. She's the fifth musician in the club, joining Bruce Springsteen, Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Jay-Z (her husband).
